Transportation of animals
We do not charge a supplement of transport of pets, provided that they are properly accompanied and conditioned, except for reasons that are considered dangerous, for health or hygiene.
Our services include the transport of guide dogs for blind passengers.
Transportation of luggage
We do not charge extra for luggage as long as it does not exceed the space available in the luggage compartment.
Baggage handling may be refused only in cases where its characteristics undermine the preservation of the vehicle.
